Living room art with Desenio

And just like that, the living room is FINALLY complete. It only took me 3 months to find the perfect art for the living room wall. With a million and one trips to every home store and coming home empty handed I discovered Desenio.com Which was exactly what I needed…and little did I know I’d find the perfect art for my speakeasy style powder room as well. Desenio has options for every style, and i mean EVERY style. The simplest, the bold and everything in between. I happen to love interior design but if you’re not exactly the design Savvy person than click on their Gallery Walls option and it will give you soooo sooo many options that will get your creative juices flowing.

I wanted our new home in Charleston to be all the things I loved about Bali mixed with some industrial type feel. So for the living room I went with nothing but neutrals, but different textures. When I was looking for art I knew I needed some artsy, but not too too much. I opted for a 3 large prints that had similar colors and lines. The soft abstract lines 01 was exactly the vibe I was going for, so I picked the other two around this one. I knew I didn’t want a typical gallery wall as there usually smaller prints. I opted for three of the largest prints to take up the size of the wall a bit better.

My favorite thing about Desenio artwork is that for every print they sell, there is an option to add a frame in the exact size you need. They have a number of frame options from white to light and dark wood, as well as copper, gold silver and black. The frame shapes are clean, simple and are perfect for all of their prints. And if you’re looking to buy more than one artwork for your place, this makes it easy to make sure all of your frames are cohesive.

I had all intentions of showing off my super cute speakeasy inspired powder room, but if you’ve been following me on social media then you know we’ve run into one remodel disaster after the next..so ya’ll will have to wait until next week for that reveal. Here’s a little hint of what mood I went for.

See you guys back here next week …
